No return boxes

Friday was my 10 day window for my return boxes what and when should I take it to another level to get the boxes of course they garrenteed they would be here but also warned me I only had 30 days from disconnect or be charged the full retail.
If they can't get the boxes here how can I be held responsable for return within 30 days even asked the CSR what to do if not recieved he told me not to worry that he's never had it happen.

I too one time never received the boxes they promised to send back a receiver in. I emailed ceo@echostar.com and they emailed me a return prepaid label. I put that on a box I had laying around and sent it back that way. Hope this helps.

How long has he been employed? Guess not much longer huh.
