I have no signal on tuner one but 98 percent on tuner two, I swapped the tuner two wire to tuner one but I still can not get a picture, do you have to get signal to both tuners for this to work?

to Satelliteguys trubicon!How do you have the dvr connected? Do you have a swm setup? How many cables to the dvr?
