I have call them without luck

I have call Today's television several times, they always answer with "we will call you back". I call dish they told me to call the retailers. I told them that retailers dont call me back. The csr gave me two new numbers to call. Guess what, one was disconnected, the other didn't take calls from Puerto Rico. I'm amazed at the great service current subs get.

Agreed....talk to Dish CSR...told me oh...ur from PR...talk to retailers....talk to them...oh ur under contract.....211 will cost abt 150...I was like WHATTT...then they said...I will call back...still waiting.

wtf.....I have actually given up on this. Even though I wanted HD...it looks like the money is just toooo much to justify it. hopefully cable can add more HD...by the time my contract is up...& I can see what deal they can give to me...& maybe I will jump there. ..& just disconnect my current account..& sign up with again...& hopefully got 2 HD boxes in the installation.

Till then...I will save my 150 for the box plus installation charges...Thanks Dish but no thanks

Cancel your account and open another with another name and phone number, then add your existing receiver(s) to the new account, that worked for me.

How that will get me a HD receiver. I only have SD receiver on my account ATM...& the amount I m being asked by retailers (since dish will not give me one) is very high & out of question.

I will have to though wait till Apr...for my contract to finish & see if with new account they give me HD box...otherwise I will try cable
