No Video, No sound

I have a techsat reciever
connected to a bell expressvu dish
what i did..i went to lyngsat site
i entered some frequencies and set some settings
like the lnb thing to universal and set the high freq to 11250 and low freq to 10750

i live in calgary alberta canada
but thing is i get all the S and Q to like 80 and stuff
so i think the signal is good
but thing is
most of the channels that i have
have no vidio... like they are black screen
and some do have video but no sound
and like 2 out of 30 channels have video and sound
any ideas what could be wrong???

Those channels are scambled and are unhackable.
