No VOOM News Letter! Help!

I have joined the VOOM newsletter more times than I have fingers and toes over months! I have never received a news letter to this date.

Can anyone with Voom correct this? Maybe Wilt? I've asked reps at VOOM, their no help....they say sign up again. Is there a way to get an email address for whomever's job it is to compile that email list?

You would think something like this would be simple!

Also am I alone on this issue.....I hope not!

I used to get two copies of everything. I requested to stop the duplicates, and they took me off completely. I asked a few times to get me back on. Hasn't happened yet.
