Noobie FTA question?

I'm going to be moving from Baltimore MD to Raleigh NC in a month or two and would like to find a way to continue viewing Baltimore programming. I have looked at the FTA sites to see if Baltimore channels 11 or 2 or 13 are available but cannot find them. Is this even possible with FTA?

Is that because Baltimore locals aren't broadcast FTA?

correct.

There arent many networks broadcast FTA. Most are from one comapny (Equity) that has alot of low powered stations
