Northeast TN antenna help. Dont make sense

I just bought a Winegard 7080P and have about 40 to 50 feet RG-6 cable. I have 4 local networks channel 5, 11, 19 are located on the same mtn and just about 2 or 3 miles apart. I also get channel 39. I have it ran straight to my Dishnetwork reciever and have rescaned a couple times. When pointing the antenna directly towards the tower I get 100 or channel 5, 80 on 19 and Zero on 11. I get high 70's on 39 at that location and I get 100 when I point it directly to 39. I have also tried running it directly to my TV and I get the same everything great excepy nothing on channel 11. I got a 79 now on wjhl (11) had to delete my old channels and rescan

Yes, Dish receiver tuners will not release old PSIP data, so you have to delete channels that change then re-scan. Best practice is to delete all channels then re-scan.
