O&O Distant HD

For those in the know,

I am set up for a 211 install with a Dish1000 this Saturday. In my DMA (Birmingham, AL) the FOX and NBC stations are owned and operated by their national companies. Will Dish allow me to view these via Distant channels? Is there any possibility that I might get to choose the Distant location (Atlanta would be nice)?

I know that DirecTV already does this, will E* follow suit?

Not at present. That may change in near future. E* doesn't seem to have that sorted out yet.
