Off to a bad start!

That was the only place for LOS. Couldn't service the dish. It goes with the territory. If it were up to me, every job would be a pole mount in our area.
What do you mean you can't service this dish?
I could service that Dish with an 8" step ladder and a wisk broom and maybe a cup of hot water.
Why would one not be able to service this?
 
Shouldn't the work order cancel out after 30 days from when it was created? If they can not install it within 30 days you should receive a full reimbursment. It may suck but they charge you right away for your first month of programming now. I don't mind it because now people don't get double the bill on their first invoice.
