Offbeat cinema on RTV has hit bottom tonight!

Oh I had to duck out a minute when OFFbeat Cinema started and missed the title of this one, but it reeks.
I thought Plan 9 from Outer SPaCE always took the award for worst movie, lol, this one is like a bunch of unrelated film clips spliced together. Watch at your peril...
