Olympics Basketball and Soccer HD channels

According to https://www.nbcunetworks.com/Webpage/Techspecs/ViewPublicTechSpecs.aspx?NetworkId=MjQ= it looks like NBCUniversal will have a HD channel for Basketball and Soccer, wonder what companies will be carrying these channels, if any?

My bill from Dish this month says Basketball HD is on 98/395 and Soccer HD on 99/396

Also, several Cox cable affiliates will receive this channel. D* is also supposed to get these channels as well.

Bright House Networks has also teamed up with NBC Universal HD for Olympic coverage. There will be two HD channels for Olympic basketball and soccer.
