On Demand Error "Program Requires a Subscription"

I'm getting all the premiums free for 3 months. On Demand works on Showtime and Cinemax. However, on both HBO and Starz, if I select a show to watch, I get an error saying "Program Requires a Subscription". Underneath, it says "to enjoy this program, please subscribe to HBO On Demand." Already did a chat with tech support and they refreshed the signal and that did nothing. Also rebooted the genie, didn't fix it either.
