On Demand ff/skip excluded on *all* channels?

Can't find a clear answer so I'll ask here. Is the ff/skip disabled on any and all on demand content?
I've used it on timer recorded content but is there any timer recorded (channels) that it is also disabled on?

Yes. No.

It depends on which channel the on demand content comes from. Some channels such as FX allow you to skip commercials while other channels do not.

I think that is what I might have seen from my recent experience.
