On demand issue

Been downloading shows from hbo from hopper...today i go to 300 vod and press enter and get a blank screen that says no titles...Click what's hot on guide and i get no events to display

Anyone else having this issue...i reset the receiver and the router...i have the wi fi router connected to the receiver and bridging enabled on that hopper...
