On Demand not working for anyone else?

I went to the On Demand menu tonight to see if I could find a show that I lost due to the "Cancelled by user" issue, only to find that there were NO On Demand programs available, no matter what channel I selected. I checked the broadband connection and it said it was connected. I rebooted it anyway, and still nothing.
 
Still nothing after all this time? Any clues, anybody?

I found one post on this forum from last year from someone who had exactly the same problem, and no solution even after multiple calls to Dish. He never posted again.
