On Demand problem

I have been getting error message saying on demand is not available all day long today. I reset the receiver and that didn't work. Any idea's what I can check?

How are you connected to and setup on your network; internet kit; router; etc? If router; assigned or dynamic IPs? If router; have you rebooted this? Has it worked in the past?

Run the network tests?
