On-screen Caller ID on HD Receivers?

I did a search in the Cox thread, but didn't find the answer.

I'm thinking of ordering the Cox bundle with video/phone/internet. Do you get on-screen caller ID from the Cox HD receivers? Is there even a connection for the phone on the receiver? I'm in the OKC metro. Are there different receivers for different areas of the country?

I did my own research, and found that I can get on-screen caller-id if I have Cox digital cable and Cox phone.
