OT: Thinking of going to Comcast

So far comcast stinks! My folks x1 conked out after one week.
I've been on phone 4 times today to get someone out to replace unit. Promise twice for techs support no call no show

I'm at my in-laws on Cape Cod. Having to remember that I have to go to the 800 level of channels to watch local HD is crazy, Not being able to skip SD channels when HD is present is backwards. Even TWC has fixed that.
