When I run the rg6 cable from my Channel Master 4228 UHF antenna through the Directv RG6 cable. I lose the signal. I am using a Terk BMS 58 multi switch and standard diplexer. (Connecting the ant cable into the BMS 58 ant input and the diplexer at the receiver end.)

I am wondering if the BMS power is interferring with the OTA signal. When I connect the Antenna directly to the HR10-250 the signal is good but I wanted to run the install the antenna on the roof and use the exisiting cable.

The satellite signal is strong and I have checked the cable connections.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Thanks.
