OTA interference with Directv

I hate to dredge up old posts, but this one seems close to what I just experienced, thankfully not with a neighbor. I have a vizio tv that isn't connected to DTV, just an OTA antenna in the attic and when I have DTV running in the living room, I get a "scrambled" message on the vizio on digital OTA channel 13. It only affects that one channel and only that one tv.

So, what do you think, would that indicate a microwave interference of some type, or would that be an electrical/grounding issue?
