OTA Partial Signal Loss 739, but 100 Signal Strength

I have a HWS with the OTA adapter and, until recently, have had 100 signal strength on all channels and no issues. Beginning last night, I noticed that I couldn't get ABC 7.1 (Chicago) to tune in and had similar problems with 5.1 and 9.1. Today I'm able to view 5.1, but 9.1 is still cutting out occasionally and 7.1 still won't tune in at all. The strange thing is they are all still showing 100 signal strength in the guide and have always worked perfectly in the past. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Unplug the adapter then replug or reboot the Hopper with the Red button. Try a rescan last.

Thanks. I had tried rebooting and rescanning independently before and neither one worked. This time I unplugged the adapter, unplugged the Hopper, then reconnected everything and re-scanned. I'm not sure which of those things finally solved the problem, but it seems to be working now.

You really didn't need to rescan. Using the Wizard you can back up all your times and ota settings to the remote and then restore them.

I've had that same issue with my am 21 in on my DirecTV receiver its been doing the same thing lately and when I unplug it and plug it back in it starts working again right it must have something to do with Tribune Media Services
