OTA problems

Hi, I am hoping you can help me. I had Directv install the HD DVR on Saturday with their OTA. I can view channels 4 and 5 in HD but I cannot receive any of the other OTA channels such as channel 7, FOX, 38 and 56 in HD. I live 20 miles south of Boston. All I get when I try to view them is searching for a signal. Do you think the Zenith sensor antenna will help or could the problem be in my satellite receiver. All of the regular satellite stations come in just fine. Thank you for your help

Kathy... you might want to post this in the DIRECT TV form and Not DISH. However, there are some DISH owners who also have DIRECT so they may be able to help you.

OTA help

You may want to invest with an outdoor antenna. The indoor antenna are better for intercity receiption. An outdoor, medium-range antenna will improve your receiption... or a omni-directional antenna.
