Packages - Include HD?

So I'm looking to downgrade my services with my kids being gone more, and having less time to actually watch t.v. I've had the Everything pack with locals for a long time.

The question is, if I go to AT200 or DVR Advantage, do I still get the misc HD channels that go along with the SD channels? Like Discovery HD or TLC HD, and if I get my locals do I get their HD equivalents? Or do I have to add an HD pack on top of the standard package?

$10 to add HD to most packages, including AT 100 and up. This gets you the HD equivelents to your SD channels. DirecTV is the same.

There are also several channels Dish has only in HD (usually this is the only way they are available). They call this "HD platinum" and it is another $10. Direct also has an add on pack for $5 with several of the same channels.
