Painting Tailgater ?

I need a big help my Strata is prohibited 'Dishes" but using my tailgater they say is ok BUT 3 days ago the new administrator
leave a Notice Please Remove you Dish ,,, after 1 hour talking with him the only way is change the color to "Black" because the rails -deck al metals are Black ...?
what kind of paint is possible to use ?
i have spray machine...

Use a flat black paint. Don't use gloss or semi-gloss.

If you have it sitting on the deck I don't think they can legally make you do anything with it. It's not attached to the building so they can't prohibit you from putting there just because of the color.

But seriously F them. A tailgater is no worse than patio furniture.

Probably not, but then again anything that is in the way of the signal will degrade it.
