Two problems to try to receive this one. I no longer have a universal LNB. And my new dish isn't quite on the arc yet so I can't even receive 15W let alone 12.5W until I can tweak it a little more. But it rains everyday here.
I don't no did move to eutelsat 12.5 very few channels on the eutelsat for all america only pampa and one more codificado
Are you actually getting TV Pampa now that it's on 12.5W here in North America? It appears that unlike Telstar 12, 12.5W currently has a North American beam, South American beam and European beam. If the transponder is on the south american beam only, you won't receive it here in North America.
