If anyone is interested Newegg has the Panasonic BD30K for $399 which is $100 cheaper than anyone else that I found right now.

There is also currently a coupon circulating for Best Buy that is good next week for 20% off any blu-ray player... would also make it $399 if you have a RZ card.

I do but this way it's free shipping and no tax.
I'm giving my BDP1200 to my son and switching to the Panny. Between the two of them we should be able to watch whatever we want.
