So, the BD85 outputs YCbCr 4:4:4 natively, and if you have a TV that can take advantage of it, it uses interpolation to get 10bit, and maybe 12 bit color, from 8 bit.

I saw a post where the G and V series can take advantage of it, but nothing on the S. My S2 has x.v.Color, and I think this is the setting I need to turn on for 4:4:4 deep color from the BD85.

Any input?

From my reading so far, the BD60/65/80/85 (85 does it best) can use interpolation to move beyond 8bit color. Using the ycbcr setting at 4:4:4 in the player. The catch is that the TV has to support this 4:4:4. Right now, I only know the V10, Z and V25 do.
