Actually, their partnership was to DEVELOP production methods.

As Kateeva has now revealed they have developed a practical, scalable ink jet style printing OLED production line, AND displayed it in actual production AND is selling it, it's pretty much game over for that S & P venture.

And yes, this means that large OLED TVs will ramp up over the next couple of years as the new gen 8 (etc) fabs get built. Prices will come down so maybe the average videophile could actually consider buying one for Christmas 2015, and then actually buy one the following year.
