Pansat 3500

I'm a newbie and just purchased a 3500s . thought i downloaded the right program, did a channel scan.which went fine but when i went to view it said "bad or scrambled channel" what did i do wrong? how do you change keys on this?

Some people never learn.....and you wonder why I get pissed when the prices went up. Its for jackasses like the OP. Bought the unit for no reason other than to try to get free TV...and it doersnt owrk
