I think what that email meant was If you Cancelled Before the January Date, you'd get the $115 price because you were then in a contract for the year.

No. I did not cancel before January increase. As of yesterday, I am cancelled on June 4 or 6. But If hit the "renew" in the email confirmation, I get the $119 renewal rate.

I am not seeing much as of now, typically it's only around Black Friday that the Big Discounts come out.
Sometime for Annual rates and other times not.

One of my significant uses for P+ was to watch Colbert. So, its' value to me has diminished considerably. (And, I'm still p*ssed about it.)

Might want to keep an eye out when it does get close ... It is for Annual once in a while, thats how I grabbed it a few years back ... which might be why they don't want to give me anything other than standard rate this time around.

I had Annual for $60 (ad Free) for 2 or 3 years.
That was a reasonable price to pay .... Over $300 for a year of Netflix is ridiculous ...
Now that its just me, I may have to do something different this year, she used it the most, I'd use it once in a while when I saw something I really needed to see.

I can get P+ 50% off with my military discount. Doubtful I will see a special cheaper than that. With Netflix I don't subscribe full time. Just every now and then to catch up.
