pay again ???

If someone came back 4 or 5 months later even 6 months later, it would be cheaper to pay the $5 per month instead of $40 to reactivate external hard drive archival fee and a $25 turn on fee in which sometimes they waive that one.

Seems like most people when they leave don't expect to come back. So why would anyone that leaves want to be paying $5 per month.
