You can have a pay as you go account(it’s actual name is pay in advance and there are two versions of it) in a house as well.

Yea because they don’t want to be doing service calls for $10 every time you move the RV and need the dish realigned.

They loose around $140 on every service call

Good point. I would be embarrassed calling Dish to align my dish.
