When will we start seeing this? I don't know if any markets have it yet, but not in Seattle, WA. Also would like CW in HD, although the only show I watch on it (Smallville) will be over soon so I guess I don't really care about CW.

There has been no agreements between the PBS net and local channels to put up any of the PBS HD in the markets that I have read about. So don't hold your breathe.

Some of the new roll out markets are getting it. I remember Scott writing something about space being an issue.

No agreement between Dish Network and PBS has been reported.

Local PBS stations are opposed to this. They lose viewers, affects fund raising, etc.

Dish puts up HD channels in a market based on Dish's perceived wants. Dish wants the big 4 of course, then it is probably WB then maybe PBS or other prominent independent. Dish will eventually get every channel in HD of every market it carries in HD. First mad dash is to get the big 4 up in every market.

There has been now WB for years now. Get it together the CW. :rant:
