I have heard that the independent channel in Atlanta has been bought out from another station.Anyone have any info on this?I was wondering what channel will pick up the ATLANTA BRAVES games this year?

That is not correct. Peachtree is still owned by Turner. What has changed is that they are outsourcing the production of the Braves games they carry to Fox. So instead of Peachtree producing their games and Fox Sports South producing the games on FSS and SportSouth, Fox Sports South will be producing all the games, regardless of which channel they are on. It will not affect what channels the games are on.

Outside of the Atlanta market, all of the Peachtree games should air on either Sportsouth or Fox Sports South, instead of on one of the sports alternate channels.
