Peacock rates going up

Once WWE is gone from Peacock, I will cancel it as well.

Then chances are good that much like Disney+ and Paramount+ I will let them build up their content and when the time is right, subscribe to them again for a month and watch what I missed then cancel again. No reason to keep paying if there is no new content I want to watch.

That's the way to do it.

Just susbscribe to Comcast internet service
Why, not all Comcast Broadband Subscribers receive it for free, that was changed about two years ago.

Who wants to waste time with sports? A lot fewer than some here think.
And that is where I like that Peacock is supposed to be creating a new, lower priced package, that doesn't contain the sports - trying to hit the most people as possible. I don't currently see it on the Peacock site, but I know it was talked about.

And who wants to deal with Comcast?
I do! I ha e two options for wired internet at my home, Comcast and AT&T. AT&T is DSL and has a high download of 1.5 Mbs, yes 1.5 Mbs. I have 1 gig from Comcast for about 1/3 more dollars a month. Easy choice. I have very little outage. I have had Gateway issues and brought it to my local Comcast store, 5 minutes away, and they replaced it on the spot. I also have Comcast Mobile. Talk and text is unlimited and the wife and I share 1 gig of data a month. We do most of our data at home on wifi and in the years I have had Comcast Mobile I have never gone over that 1 Gig limit. The cost for the two of us combined is $25 a month.

Agreed! Comcast is my only wired option. I don't consider DSL a viable option. In almost 11 years they have been very reliable for me.

Did you see the new name? MSNOW.
OMG! This belongs in the "You can't make that up thread." So they copied Fox and did it using the lesser valued branding... if we can even consider MSN branding. And to go with MS NOW... MS is also a nerve condition that is very unpleasant.

I am capable of earning 6 or 7 digits a year while approving bad ideas. Where do I sign up?

I keep having to remind myself that the MS in MSNBC was originally MicroSoft.
