Pegasua and card for stb

HI New th HDTV. I bought a used SAT 520 STB and called Pegasus to see what I would need to do about getting a new card for it. They said it would cost $90.00 for a new care and $45.00 if it came with a used one.
IS this normal??

Where are you located?

You should be able to call Directv and get a card for $20 from them and get yourself switched over to Directv instead of Pegasus. 1-800-DIR-ECTV.

I live in San Antonio Tx
I sent the paper work in to Direct to get swiched over.
