Can anyone verify for me that the pentagon channel ( Now DOD news) is still transmitting on ses1 ( 101 W ) I scanned using same 10750 freq LNB but came up with nothing but misc feeds?? Thanks

Anything to identify the feeds you get? freq/SR? maybe something moved and you're no longer aimed at 101.
Think you may be on 99. IF you see a speaker icon/graphic on the screen you are.

Yep Fat air. Lnb on bracket shifted 2 degees. Going out to realign!! Will update 101 status Thks

I have "DOD on SES"....11822 H 20000.

That sounds cooler than saying, "Pentagon Channel on SES 1!!!!

Sis they change from TP11820?? Thats the transponder I programmed my signal meter for!!!

The S9 here shows the TP as 11821 H 20000.
A varience of a few kilohertz is common depending on the LNB and receiver.
I changed my TP to 11820 without affecting the Q whatsoever.

Interesting jorgek! I'm using a DMS SF-500 digital signal meter and always though I had to be very specific on my TP & frequency #'s. I have 39 inch dish locked on 97W and have 10750 lnb on side bracket. Can lock in 99W but can't pick up signal from 101W with the DOD channel?? Thats only 4 degrees differance and I thought the dish would pick it up only maybe at 55 %. Hmmm!!
