Install company was Global Access. Terry showed up on time yesterday. Spent 1 1/2 hours installing 2 boxes and 30 minutes on hold to Voom to activate. Got signal in 90's for all 23 locals and sat. Everything works. New SW was downloaded last night and everything still works! I'm not connecting a phone line. Only problem I have is I cant get any of HD from component to letterbox on the TV. Its always stretched no matter what the setting. Its a Toshiba 4:3 rear projection. The super video does the letterbox but not the component. Other than that I have no complaints.
