OK...It is a no go...I am stuck with KWGN, or get locals.

Did you try to at least get a temporary discount (such as $2 off for six months) for your troubles?
 
FYI..No!. I'm tired of dealing with them....I would have never added KWGN, if I knew this was going to happen.
