Picture Breakup on HBO & SHO HD

For the first time this weekend, I have been noticing a lot of picture breakup on both HBO and SHO hd. Does anyone know if E* is messing around with the 110 sat? I checked all my readings and nothing has changed.

yeah I was trying to watch The Departed last night and it was bad.

watching Larry David, the picture has broken up a few times & it is not in HD looks like an upconvert.

Brotherhood last night had some breakups also. I haven't seen that in a long time.

Saw a few break ups in dexter. Not surprised considering how bad SHO looks now.

Both of 'em are on transponder 13/110. Dunno why but I've had problems with signal strength on that one for some time. 13 is ALWAYS anywhere from 10 to 20 points lower than the other transponders on 110.
