SEC won't want them, as it would require taking UVa as well.


The issue of VT and UVA from the last ACC expansion to a possible VT going to the SEC won't be hampered by UVA in anyway nor a past Gov that is no longer in office. VT wants to move they will but they won't - very happy and content with staying in the ACC and I don't blame them one bit as they would have to fight for TV time vs right now VT is covered nationally just about every weekend with a nice ESPN/ACC contract (which is to be negotiated due to the recent additions).

Not only one past governor, but all the state legislature members that are UVa grads who won't let VT go off on it's own if it hurts UVa. VT (nor UVa) can just do what they want, as they are public schools.
