Anyone else notice extreme Pixelation on Monumental ch 642 ?

Have noticed it for a few days now . Trying to watch the mystics games .
its like every few minutes the picture will break up. this is the only channel having this issue that I have noticed.
I also notice it on the APP (via Firestick)

I did call and the agent said he noticed it too ... and escalated the issue.

Just wanted to post since we have some insiders here.

Thanks for any feedback

I don't get that channel, so I can't help on my end. :(
If it's on the App and the TV, it sounds like it would be a feed issue from whoever is broadcasting it.

i also checked other networks on the same transponder .. Altitude ch has no issues

I just called DirecTv and the agent said No one else has reported the issue.

I also emailed Monumental 2 videos of the issue.

Hopefully this gets fixed

Thanks everyone

i called 800 531 5000 and said "tech support" is there a better number for Tier 2 or something ?
i have called D* twice

That's not a channel I watch, but I do have Sports Pack, so I can receive it. I see the "pixelation", or whatever the problem is. I could not correlate it to sudden changes in the scene or a lot of motion every time. That would be a symptom of inadequate bandwidth. It seems more intermittent. But it does occur often.
