Playback issues FF and RR not working properly

I just downloaded few shows on demand to my HD-DVR20 (Model 700) and for some reason when I FF and RR the video won't play, just the audio.
Whats up with that? I never had that issue before.
The video freezes up and my screen goes grey.
WTH DirecTV!
The video plays fine if I don't FF or RR or pause, but when I do the following it freezes everything up except the audio.
Anyone got any idea on what this could be?

What software are you running IcE?

The default one from DirecTV, I don't run any CE's.

Ok... we can submit this to Directv- PM myself, Jason or Scott & or put in this thread the programs & problems etc... and we will get the info to them... and hopefully get a resolution... (if in this thread we send url to them )
