I just replaced a failed Directv HR20 with a replacement HR21. When I try to play recordings made on an external hard drive that had been working on the HR20,the list shows the recordings,but will not play them,gives error code 763. All the scheduled program settings still work and it will record new shows. Directv is no help,they don't support external hard drives. Is there a way to defeat thier DRM?
