I was wondering if someone here has experience with Scientific Atlanta satellite receivers...???

I got a D9223 receiver and a D9225 and I have a few questions about them. The manual for these units is very generic......

I also have a D9850 that has an error that I would like to fix.

Thanks to all in advance......

I think those are headend receivers - correct me if i am wrong. Usually the menus and programming are not user friendly as you have to program the IF frequency of the lnb and input PIDs to get a channel if it is not encrypted or your receiver is authorized by a Scientific Atlanta program provider.

Here is a link to a thread on this forum with all the instruction manuals in .pdf form

You are correct, commercial stuff and thanks for the link but I got the actual paper manuals.

I don't have a problem following the menu structure, the deal with the 23 and 25 is that I can not get them to process multiple channels per carrier......I can get a single channel per transponder (full) but if the transponder has multiple channels, I don't get any.........weird....
