Please help to get good signal(pansat3500s)

Hello everyone
I use my prosat P6600 and it pick up good signal from AMC4 but when I replace it with pansat 3500s ,I got poor signal so the screen freeze alot. Any idea to get a good signal for pansat 3500s?. Thank you.
