I recently got Time Warner Digital Cable and all the channels I subscribed to were showing fine. Then all of a sudden some of the channels cut off and now it has the logo of the channel, and a message saying "To subscribe to this service, please call your cable operator." Then a number shows that says (718) 358-0900. Does anyone know how to get rid of this and show the regular channel that is displayed?

unplug your box from the wall to reboot it. if that does not work, call them and tell them to rehit your box.

welcome to the site.

sounds like they installed a trap outside on a line by mistake or someone is messing with the outside coaxial maybe?
No, this is an authorization message/error/issue. Nothing that a 5-minute phone call to TW wouldn't have solved, sadly....
