Polarization Problem

I receive horizontal channels fine on Galaxy 19 but have a problem receiving vertical channels on that same satellite. What causes this problem and how can I correct it?

what type of feedhorn are you using is it the type with a polarotor or is it a lnbf.

Is your skew set properly?
Any switches in the line?
How long is your cable?
