I recently got a prodelin 11 ft dish with a very good pole and mount but the pole is only 36 inches. I will be on fix satellite at around 63 deg elevation at most I can change idea and go down to another sat at 56 deg. I do not mind the dish is lower but will it be possible for me to acess the lnb if I need to tweak the skew?
Should I increase that length?

I would say You need about 8 ft. pole, 3.5 to 4 in the ground
You sure need to get You a actuator (jack) so You can get the best of the best out there, tracking the arc ,if You have the space
good find on the dish

Thanks . I've got no intention to track the arc with this heavy fiberglass. The pole is roof mounted. It will be fixed to one satellite. My concern is with accessing the lnb easily.

you can always since its going to be a fixed dish just unhook one end of the motor when wanting to work on the lnb and drop the whole dish , then when finished reconnect the motor.

Thank you man,I'll lower it completely to work on. I will check if lnb is accesible because it is a prime focus.
