pole mounting question

Hello everyone one.
I have my dish mounted on a pole to my balcony. i have noticed that my dish has slipped down a little bit.. as the picture will break up and pixelate every so often. what's the best way to deal with this???

ok will do. i was also thinking of going to lowes and getting a wooden block to prevent it from slipping as well!!!
